Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Vendor and Market Square areas will be secured, guarded and gates locked during all non-selling hours including overnight security both Friday and Saturday.

Vendor vehicles must be removed by the end of set-up time and will be allowed on grounds Sunday night for take down as soon as foot traffic is light.

Applications and full payment (check or money order) must be returned by February 15th to receive priority consideration for participation in The Irish Fair & Music Festival. No monies will be accepted at the fair grounds. Checks made out by second parties must indicate Vendor name on check.

Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis with first choices honored whenever possible. This will be subject to the policy that booth spaces will be assigned according to the best interest of the fair program. Applications will not be considered accepted until the vendor receives acceptance from the The Irish Fair & Music Festival.
